Registration for the AEA Conference 2025 is now open. Below is an outline of registration types and costs. ​

Registration Inclusions

 

  • Access to all plenary sessions;

  • Access to all concurrent sessions;

  • Access to Exhibition Hall;

  • Morning tea, lunch and afternoon tea on Thursday 17 and Friday 18 July;

  • A ticket to the welcome reception on Wednesday 16 July.​

Registration excludes access to workshops held on Wednesday 16 July. Workshop registration will be an additional cost and will be made available at a later date.

Please note:​

  • All prices are in AUD and are inclusive of GST.

  • If you are registering as a full-time student, you will be asked to show evidence of your full-time student status. 

  • You must be a member of the Australasian Epidemiological Association of Australia to register under the AEA Member type.

  • Registrations cannot be shared.

GROUP REGISTRATION

Organisations are able to arrange group bookings and invoices. 
This includes managing registrations and payments for multiple registrations. ​
